Funding Priorities

The Foundation has three primary areas of interest for its general grant-making: Education and ResearchHealth and Well-Being, and Arts and Culture. Many grants will focus on helping families, particularly families in transition, and the individuals who comprise families, especially children, young teens and single parents.

Within its three primary areas of interest, the Trustees have identified particular priorities; however, the foundation may support activities that fall outside the priorities noted if the mission fit is recognized as extraordinary.

The Celia Lipton Farris and Victor W. Farris Foundation accepts applications by invitation only; unsolicited applications will not be considered.
