DISCRETIONARY FUNDING

The majority of Celia Lipton Farris and Victor W. Farris Foundation funding is directed by the Foundation’s Trustees through Discretionary Funds administered by the Foundation as well as Home Community Funds, or donor-advised funds, established with community foundations located within the communities in which the Trustees live. These grants are made at the discretion of the Trustees and are provided to 501(c)(3) organizations that the Trustees select.

In all cases, these grants are initiated by the Trustees. Uninvited proposals or inquiries will not be considered.
